in favor of plaintiff in the sum of $15,000 and from an order denying his motion for a new trial or reduction of the verdict.
There is no issue of liability on the appeal; defendant consented to a directed verdict on this issue at the close of the
proof. He now claims that the verdict was excessive and that he was unfairly prejudiced by incidents which occurred during
summation.
